Categories page added

I have added a categories page to the si-blog secondary navigation. It displays a list of categories in ascending alphabetical order, and clicking on a category reloads the page with relevant entries listed instead. It's a bit ugly, but it works.
My brain is tired now. I'm going for some late breakfast.
