Hosting problems

I apologize if you have been unable to access dynamic portions of this website during the last 48 hours or so. My web hosting company is experiencing trouble with their MySQL server, so database access has been up and down.
I have not had much success with web hosting recently, and I am once again considering a move. I may do this in conjuction with any content management system rebuild I do.
Update: I may be losing the odd comment from the system. It seems that my web hosting company may be losing data and restoring from backups every so often. I apologize if your comments are among those lost.
