Where is Simon?

A nasty cough and lots of work have kept me away from my regular life for a while. I've tried to keep up on reading my favorite blogs, but posting has been virtually impossible. I have also spent much of my time getting ready for Christmas, most of which revolves around shopping.
I did take a few days to watch the entire third season of 24 (brilliant) and all three extended editions of Lord Of The Rings (absolutely incredible), so it hasn't all been a hard slog. I'll do an end-of-year roundup just before Christmas, but then I'm off to England until after the New Year.
