I saw Kingdom of Heaven the other day, and I really liked it. It wasn't as good as Gladiator, but it was damn good nonetheless. Orlando Bloom was suprisingly good as Balian, and it was great to see Liam Neeson, David Thewlis, and Jeremy Irons doing what they do best. I must mention Ghassan Massoud and Alexander Siddig, who both turned in excellent performances as Saladin and Nasir respectively.
Last Sunday, I saw Revenge of the Sith, and I wasn't all that impressed. Once again, the dialog was absolutely atrocious. A solid performance from Ewan McGregor, for example, was ruined by a series of poor conversations laced with unfunny humor. On the positive side, it was good to see the story completed. The special visual and sound effects were awesome, and Ian McDiarmid was just fantastic as the Emperor.
