Wobble me plenty

I saw Matt Damon in The Bourne Vomitorium (or is it The Barf Ultimatum?) today. Like its predecessor, it is a thrilling movie that leaves you both breathless and nauseous at the end. The directorial style of Paul Greengrass is getting extremely tiresome now. The incessant camera movement, designed to increase the sense of urgency, only really serves to give the viewer a bout of motion sickness. Emerging from the cinema, I had to sit in my car for 10 minutes with my eyes closed before I felt like driving.

The stunts were superb, and Matt Damon brings the same determined confidence to the role that makes Daniel Craig such a good James Bond. Highly recommended, but consider taking some Dramamine first.

Having rated 8.6/10 on IMDB, the movie seems to be a great pick. Looks like I'm going to have fun this weekend. Thanks for the review. I'll post back my thoughts if i feel like typing when the show is over :)

I agree with you (albeit not at strongly!) about the shaky camerawork. It was, however, an excellent film. Jason Bourne V James Bond - who'd win?
