Cranberry Relish


  • 1 unpeeled navel orange, cut into eighths and seeded
  • 12oz of cranberries, rinsed and drained
  • ¾ cup of sugar


Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in a food processor container. Process until the mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl and repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices. Stir in the sugar. Store in a refrigerator or freezer.
