Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • Half a sweet onion, chopped
  • Half a cup of broken up Saltine crackers
  • Two pieces of sliced, processed American cheese, torn up
  • Dash of seasoning
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Generous splash of milk
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Method

Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a meatloaf dish. Bake for an hour at 350°F (175°C). Allow to stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
